Before & Afters…
of our condo.
When life gets crazy what’s the first thing to go on your to do list? For me it is always exercise, and I hate that about myself. It is something that I am working on though. This weekend exercise wasn’t an issue. PB and I ran a quick 3 miler on Saturday and the rest of our time was spent moving and working and never sitting down. After lugging everything into his freight elevator (which, by the way, is no different than the regular-sized elevator besides the fact that it was padded. bad advertising!) I took a few pics… and then sunday night after getting back late from treat meal (capogiro gelato- amazzzzinnnnnggg) I took a few after ones. Of course we didn’t get everything done and we have shower gifts all lined up in the guest room, but it was a start!!!

It doesn’t even look like the same place right??? At least to me it doesn’t. The pictures really don’t do it justice, but when I am down next weekend I will take more pics!
After last weekend of fun and games and unpacking and getting everything ready, I am ready. 12 weeks seems like a long time, even though I know it’s not and it is really here already.
Tip of the day, which can apply to anything, given to me by my future mother in law: Keep this in mind when you are feeling overwhelmed with your to do lists… it’s like trying to eat a whole pie at one time- can’t do it. one piece at a time.
So for now I am tackling one piece at a time… got the move down, now it is time to focus on getting my clothes + shoes in order, then completing wedding to do lists, all in little manageable pieces.
This week + weekend’s plan:
-clean my condo (I need to rent it still so it needs to be all cleaned up to show it)
-go to my dad’s gallery event + grey’s at cousin’s house tomorrow
-Boston for BOSTON BLOGGERS’ DINNER (please let me know if you want to come on sunday!!!)+ bathing suit shopping at Bloomingdale’s + wedding reception stuff shopping at the Container Store + picking up my hairpiece from Priscilla’s for my hair trial
-printing and assembling mini packets for the OOT bags + wedding weekend itinerary sheet to be handed out at check-in + sealing up the OOT bags (OOT = out of town guest bags filled with snacks + water)
-buying PB’s birthday present since it is 2 weeks before the wedding and I need enough time to find it!
Great advice from your future MIL! I can tell that you guys were busy all weekend – the condo looks great! Try not to worry about the exercise – I’m sure you’re burning calories like crazy anyways. I always know when I have to STOP and get a good workout in.

Wow, with all your moving, your bachelorette party, and organizing/ setting up your new condo you had quite the weekend! (Just read the bachelorette recap – so fun! Marriage is wonderful but girls always need other girl friends!)
Can’t wait to see more before/ afters!
Sounds so busy! I need to figure out my OOT bags etc too soon.

I love the reminder to take everything one piece at a time, I get overwhelmed pretty easily so that’s important to remember!
