Menu: Lazy R.I. Pizza Party
Visiting Rhode Island means a weekend full of catching up with family and friends.. and visiting some of my favorite shops. Since we haven’t spent a lot of quality time with my side of the family since Christmas, PB and I decided we will host dinner at my dad’s house tomorrow night. We will only be in R.I. for the weekend, and I don’t really want to spend my time there prepping a big elaborate dinner. Solution? Pick up food from some of our favorite places, and throw together a salad and some fruit to round out the meal. A dinner is born!

So glad you get to see your family this weekend. 🙂 Have a great time!
that sounds like my kind of party! simple but delicious and no doubt a TON of fun! I’d love to go to rhode island sometime…what’s the best place to go and stay?
@Heather (Heather’s Dish), Hmmm stay in Providence at the Renaissance or the Biltmore or the Westin. Really, all the Prov hotels are the same 🙂
I do have tons of dining suggestions though!! Siena on Federal Hill, Spain in Cranston, Oyster Bar on Federal Hill, Pastiche for dessert, 10 Steak & Sushi for a mojito.. you need more suggestions?!?! I love RI!
