  1. Love that these are made into “bites!” So cute.

  2. so smart!! i’ve had a bunch of left over pizza dough.. and just ended up throwing it away… 🙂 i will definitely do this next time! For the baking… dear… i highly doubt you aren’t fabulous at baking. and i have a feeling.. once you get super started.. you will be baking like a MAD LADY! 🙂 (.. how did those 100 cookies go?)

  3. i have been craving making fresh bread lately (is it right to call that a craving…?) and now i know what i’ll be making! probably with garlic too though…the more garlic the better 🙂

  4. They look delicious! You must check out a ‘bagel’ at your Whole Foods that has the same shape as a bagel but is so much more– studded with garlic and reminiscent of these rolls. Delicious!

  5. oh, these look GOOOOD… I love that they are small bites!!

  6. you are motivating me to conquer my fear of yeast!

  7. This is such a great idea! I’m a huge bread baker but I never thought to create such cute little rolls from the dough before. I read your post before this one and I share your same sentiments about dinner parties and food. It’s such a fun creative outlet;)

  8. YUM, that reminds me of my favorite pizza place that makes similar doughy goodness, but they slather on a generous spread of oregano, butter, and who knows what else. The flavors are delicious, and now I can make a similar version at home! Thanks 🙂

  9. You are so funny….I totally feel the same way about baking…either you have ‘it’ or you don’t. I consider myself more of a cook than a baker {even though I do bake} Your bread bites look great and great photography too!

  10. You know I can actually smell these baking and I am nowhere near a kitchen! Yummy. GREG

  11. Sabrina, this bread looks INCREDIBLE. I have never been able to bake bread… actually, I should say that I’ve never really tried. I will try this recipe first – you will be my inspiration. 😉
