  1. haha- I just started to type what Jessica wrote 🙂 Seriously- I am going to find a way to be invited to one of your parties one day 🙂 I’ve never tried Ina Garten’s Spinach Gratin, but I bet its just amazing. I need to put it on my holiday menu. And the desserts sound so good- fruit tart is one of my favorites.

  2. what a great sounding menu! sounds simple in a way but still lots of selections for each course

  3. I love these types of posts! I book mark them for when I need to have dinner parties:) Sounds like you’ve got everything covered for a successful party!

  4. sounds perfect, s! i love the simplicity of it, but the dishes are all going to be outstanding!

  5. it’s so cool for me to see what other people eat on Christmas eve! we always did chili and tamales…and then had a big traditional meal on Christmas day!

      @Philly Boy, I just noticed your name was linked to a blog. It is SO FUNNY! 🙂 I think I read at least three blog pages worth of posts… I was literally laughing out loud at my desk. Thanks for making today “an awesome totally gnarly dudical day.” 🙂

  6. I love your organization! So impressive. And your menu sounds divine. I also love your husband’s comment above mine – too cute. 🙂

  7. Wow, you are so organized! Your menu looks great and I love the fact that you picked things that are easy to make and you wont have to slave over all Christmas Eve! More time to spend with the family is always great! : )

  8. Ah this looks awesome, Sabrina! Love how organized you are 🙂 You inspire me.

  9. This looks fantastic! I really like that you share your menus with us.

    The only thing I would add to the agenda is to stop by here before or after lunch with Lynne so we can have a quick visit! Josh always asks for you! XOXO

    Pastiche=Amazing! Looooove their desserts!! 🙂

  12. I know what you mean about changing it or saying you are going to and then resorting to old habits/menus. This menu looks great! Full of wholesome foods. I am going to check out that spinach gratin for a side now. 🙂

  13. Oh my goodness, I only wish I could be this organized!

    I love Christmas Eve, not only because it’s Christmas Eve, but also because it’s my dad’s birthday! We traditionally spend it with family having a big ol’ Tex-Mex feast, but this year I’m going to be with my boyfriend’s family. Although it will be different, I’m also looking forward to it.
