  1. Only 4 hours of air conditioning? Oh my goodness! Later in pregnancy, I was SO hot and swollen my husband’s refusal to use air was the cause of some MAJOR fights. And it’s been SOOOO hot this past week! I’m loving that we’re having to keep the air on “for the baby”.

You are looking stunning! So glad you are feeling great.

  3. Sounds like all is well! I wouldn’t worry about slowing down yet- put that energy to good use while you have it. Um sure third trimester will bring along some time to relax 🙂

  4. I’d call the doctor all the time with questions if I was pregnant too, and I think that is the right thing to do. Better off calming your nerves than worrying unneccessarily! You look terrific:-)

  5. You are a beautiful mama! So excited for you, and glad everything’s good!

  6. Looking good pretty lady 🙂 I used to get freaked out about not feeling movement too! It takes SOOO long for it to get regular- enough to make any mother to be nervous! The light fixture is adorable.

  7. You are beautiful, mama-to-be!

  8. I’m not even pregnant but I would of had more than 4hrs of AC haha! Too bad we haven’t put ours in yet. You sound SO happy and excited and its making me so excited for you 🙂 You look amazing!!

  9. You look beautiful mama!

Love that 2nd trimester energy, right? I miss it! You are smart to get the baby’s room started now. I waited until the 3rd trimester and now I am exhausted all the time.

  10. Love the fly story-too funny! I had spurts of “nesting” too, but it was when I was cleaning our blinds the night of the national championship bball game (huge sports fan) at 9:45 that I realized that I was truly nesting. You are looking beautiful! 🙂

  13. love the new light fixture! Can always count on IKEA. Oh, and I am SO referencing your blog whenever I become pregnant 🙂

  14. I have a baby question for you! Have you read any pregnancy or parenting books? Any recs? What are your go-to resources?

i just had my baby 2 weeks ago and swore on a home doppler/heartbeat monitor during my pregnancy. it was around $20 on amazon and can use baby oil instead of gel. it totally saved me from freaking out.

  16. You are just glowing in your pictures! Beautiful!

YAY for productivity! Looks like your getting so much done!

    Hey,
I’m over in the UK and keeping up with your blog each week. I’m in week 23 and currently wide awake (at 3am) so figured I’d catch up with someone else who’s going through the same thing.
Thanks for keeping your blog up to date and reminding me, and probably many other pregnant women, that we’re all sane and that sometimes, whilst being really enjoyable, it’s not always as easy as we’d like.
    Take care x
