Stitch Fix #10 – I love it all!
After not being too happy with my last couple of fixes, Stitch Fix made it up by sending me an incredible fix this time.
As I turned over my closet from summer to fall, I noticed that I no longer had a collection of shirts to wear with leggings. At the end of each season I purge anything that is no longer in good shape, and I had run my wardrobe down to nothing last year. I requests shirts/sweaters to wear with leggings, and I really love every piece I was sent.
For the uninitiated, first of all, where have you been? Ha. Second of all, this is how Stitch Fix works: You pay $20 for your box of clothes picked out for you by a stylist. They know your sizes and style by a profile you fill out, and they know what you’re looking for because you tell them. If you keep any of the items they send you, the $20 gets applied to them. If you send everything back, you pay $20 and call it a day. You have 3 days to decide what to keep and what to send back, and they do their best to pick pieces within your budget.
Here are the pieces I got this Fix:
#1 Colibri Solid Tab Sleeve Blouse, $48
I love this top. It looks great with leggings, and I love that it’s loose and flowy. I imagine wearing it with a black fur scarf or a big chunky necklace. It’s a brighter pink than it looks in the photo, so I can wear it both in winter and summer.
#2 Giorgio Cowl Neck Long Sleeve Thermal Top, $84
This thermal top is such a pretty shade of purple. I love the cowl neck. It is far more fitted than any shirts I usually wear, but I think I can pull it off. It’s really warm too. The only downside is that it’s $84 for a thermal shirt. Seems really pricy.
#3, Alexander Graphic Knit Drape Front Cardigan, $58
I LOVE this cardigan. It has that oversize feel without being overwhelmingly big. The pattern is exactly on trend for this season. The colors scream fall. And I can wear it with a cheapo black shirt underneath, a pair of leggings, and my outfit is complete. Love this.
#4, Chaplin Hooded Anorak Cargo Jacket, $88
I have no need for a jacket, but this jacket is just so pretty. It has lots of little details. I love the peach zipper detail the most. It’s very casual and perfect for a fall afternoon at the playground. I also like that it has a hood in case I get a little chilly.
#5 Evie Draw String Funnel Neck Sweatshirt, $64
I really need casual clothes, and I love how comfy cozy this sweatshirt is. It is a thinner material than I’d prefer, but that also makes it great for a warm fall day. I requested this specifically after seeing it on another blog in another color. I love that it’s a pretty fall color. I can wear it to work (I work from home) without feeling underdressed when we go out to play in the evening. It’s a big step up from my usual pajama ensemble.
Bonus #6: Look by M | Jet Ribbed Infinity Scarf in mustard
I received this scarf in my last fix and was unsure about it, but I didn’t like anything else in the fix. I kept it and now I LOVE it. It works with almost all of the pieces in this fix, and I love the way it looks under my coat.
What should I keep from this latest Stitch Fix? This is the first time that I love every single piece, so I’m having a hard time deciding.

my faves are 1, 2, and 4!
Super cute! I love it all, too. That pattern on the cardigan is perfect, and I’ve been wanting a sweatshirt like that! Those are my top two but honestly you look great in all of it!
If keeping them all is an option for you, I would do that. You can’t beat the discount for keeping all the items, and they all look great on you!
Thanks for all the emails and comments!
I ended up keeping everything but I wish I had sent back the purple shirt. It’s just a teeeeny bit too tight on me!
